After getting a dedicated server
do we need to get other stuff like control panel for each account that we split for webhosting for clients?
or there will be a control panel in the server???

You should know if you ordered a control panel or not with your server....if you don't, you shouldn't be purchasing a dedicated server.

In my experience
Plesk server administrator is nice
I have servers at Dialtone Internet...
I don't know about cpanel.net
Do anyone have experinced with them ??

I would ask your provider about this. If a control panel is not advertised 99.99% chance your not getting one with the server. You don't need to have a control panel, but it does make things a lot easier.. assuming you are a newbie to dedicated servers, I would do some research on the various panels available, i.e. cpanel, h-sphere, plesk, ensim, etc.

It all depends on what control panel they give you, some have 3 tiers, 2 tiers, 1 tier...

3listen,
if you get "webmin" there is no client control panel...
if you get "cpanel" or "ensim" or "plesk" or some others then there is a client control panel for your hosting customers.
I think the unitedcolo dedicated come with webmin, which means you would need to purchase a control panel for hosting clients with.

3listen,
The server I got from rackshack.net came with a control panel that can be used by the server administrator to create virtual domains / resellers, who in turn have access to the control panel to customize accounts, etc. You should only need one control panel on your machine, which will be accessible on many levels (admin./domain manager/resellers/end users). I'm currently using Ensim, which so far seems to be great. You might want to look into it!
Thanks.

ensim is good - cpanel in my mind is better, but its buggy.
