Hello,
i need a cheap .com registrar for 2-3 of my domains which allow transfer does anybody know a cheap registrar ?

I would recommend you not to economize and deal with reliable registrars only. Acting in such a way you will be able to avoid transfer. You see when transferring a domain between registrars you are taking a risk to lose it. Thus it is better to register a domain at reliable comany from the very beginning. I agree with Steven, Go Daddy is a good suggestion.

I cannot really understand the "cheap" part as being primary concern. Nothing wrong with finding the lowest price among established registrars. But to trade an established registrar for a flaky one in order to save a buck or so a year?

Goddady is not good for my country, so I choose namecheap.com
NameCheap is also a good company. Personally I have domains with NameCheap and GoDaddy. Network Solutions is also a good registrar.

moniker, name, dynadot are my choice.

For emails I use Gmails @ your domain, at name.com

yes my domain now is with name.com i try lot for use their FREE Google Apps but it does not work! does domainsite.com FREE Google Apps work correctly ?

I do use name.com and their FREE Google Apps email works. Just check the DNS.
