as my choice of processing companies is pretty limited due to the fact that (seems) only few of them work with Asian region - here is the question which i kindly ask you to clarify:

i definitely need a merchant account. If the processing company does not offer this service to me, but my bank does - could this work or i need to look for a processing company which provides me with a merchant account?

The background of the question is the following: pretty often i face the situation when online card processing services of the bank are less competitive (%/transaction, monthly fees, etc.) than those the 3rd Party processing company offers, but this 3rd Party processsing company does not offer merchant account. I want to somehow combine these 2 services. Possible?

lowest possible risk (online education, e-learning), startup with well-considered Operations, no online payment experience so far. Are you representative of the processing company? Which one?
