OK, after much searching and taking offers and reading previous posts and in general going around and around and getting myself all cofused:confused: , I've narrowed it down:

I needed the following:
Unix server, with PHP, Cgi, MySql
Control panel for clients
A control panel for ME to set up my sites (which I didn't have before)
anonymous ftp
my own name servers
web-based e-mail
telnet, ssl
POP and redirect e-mails
unique IP numbers (because of my search promotion and optimization services, this is a very big need)
90% or better uptime
And, of course, great customer service and communication


In my current situation, downtime was getting worse and worse, and customer service and getting responses was absolutely terrible. (I"m not talking hours. I'm talking days and sometimes weeks). I need a company absolutely reliable on service and one that will communicate honestly when there are any problems. There's nothing worse than telling my own customers I don't know what's going on with the hosting I'm providing them.
Any insights on any of these companies? Please, just from people who have dealt with them. Negative or positive comments. I'm going to need to sign up with someone probably tomorrow.:eek2:

One tip tho make sure you email the host and they are aware you want IP's for all your domians. Some will not let you have them just becasue you ask or they will charge you extra. So make sure they understand what your needs are in the area before signing up.

If you still havent chosen, I recomend www.okihost.com I've been using there demos some time and They ARE THE BEST HOSTING COMPANY for resellers ever. Fast, realiable and awesome uptime, He has setup multiple demos for me to play around with, and i am not even a client yet (although i will be this week)

NOT TO MENTION AWESOME TECH SUPPORT
