I want to buy a VPS-License for cpanel, i have a vps with vmware.
Can anybody help me?

Your best bet is to talk to your VPS provider since they're most likely to have the cheapest prices (they will either be a cPanel partner or they should be able to get them from their own provider). You should be looking at around $15.00/month for a cPanel VPS license.
Or, if you're desperate, you could get a trial version (see the bottom of this page (http://www.cpanel.net/products/cpanelwhm/try-demo.html)) and then purchase it within the next 30 days. That way you will be running it almost immediately and you have time to find a good price.

I know I can get a license from my data center, but I don't want doing that.
Anyway I have already had a free license, now I want to buy it. I found this page, is that good? https://www.instantcpanellicense.com

We've been using : cpaneldirect.net, so far we've had no issues.
