im looking for a company that leases servers that are located at their facility so i can start hosting. i have heard you can buy the servers or lease. where can i find a company that does this?

They cannot recommend anybody, since most people here are in the business themselves, therefor hardly objective ... + they are not allowed to vouch for themselves in forums not connected with offers. If you describe what you like and post that in requests you will get answers from quite a few. You can also read a few pages here to check what companies are badmouthed and what companies are praised for their service, etc ...
