03.45GMT, got an alert from alertra. I checked it by my self and I can't reach all of my servers as well as their site.

Anybody know what happend?

Their online support is replying with:

"Auto-response from BurstNET: We are currently having problems with the sprint router. please bare with us as it will be fixed shortly. The current ETA is 20 minutes."

I think that is what the problem is now. If Sprint is down, shouldn't traffic route through another provider?

Well its been like this since I woke up @ 8:30A EST this morning everything lagged and slow to Burstnet they come back for a couple minutes and then looses connection again :(

indeed, the router at sprintlink goes over 1300 ms :P

Problem is on the AT&T backbone...and they are currently working on the stuation.

Our network is not down, just a little slow, as AT&T usually carries a good portion of our traffic.

We have been on the phone working on getting AT&T to correct the problem for some time now, and it should be resolved soon.
