Hi,
Does anyone who has experience with nocster can comment on the speed and quality of support (especially by email - or forum/ticket etc). Please note that this excludes phone based support. In some of the threads, I had noticed people mentioning that their .phone based support is good.
Thanks.

They seem to prioritize their email support. That is, it seems, if you make a request to update some installed software for you, it may take them a few days to get around to it. But, if you make a request that PHP isn't working, you can expect quick resolution.
I like the email support. But, if I need something quickly, I contact someone on AIM and it gets done then.
We've been quite pleased with the level of support from Nocster. At their prices, I don't know how they do it.

I did not need much support from them but I always get ahold of someone on AIM

I have had very poor experience with Nocster support. I have only used their support ticket a few times but the last time I did the ticket somehow got lost.
AIM support is okay, but sometimes they just stop responding or it looks like they are there but they don't respond for hours.
Right now it looks like they are having some problems with the Spring router.

Even though all of my traces route through ATT to get to my Nocster server, it's still not working. ETA is roughly 20 minutes or so, according to a technician.
