They are all about the same price. It's $15.00/m for an external license. You may want to ask your datacenter if they offer an internal license.

cPanel and cheap in the same sentence just do not go well together :D

cPanelDirect offers External VZZO licenses for $14/month which is what you would use under OpenVZ/Virtuozzo.

I havent seen it any cheaper for a external license.

Internal license is available for nearly $9-10

Yes, the license for OpenVZ works for XEN and also KVM.

Yes, the license for OpenVZ works for XEN and also KVM.

The cPanel license for VZZO will only work for OpenVZ or Virtuozzo.

If you need the cPanel License for anything other than those two you will need to have the cPanel for VPS license.

Your provider will be able to mention this to you, if your using a cPanel license for VZZO on a VPS (XEN, VMWare, etc.,) that license will be subject to interruption or possible termination.
