I found interesting feature in helpdesk software's i.e managing multiple companies with single helpdesk instance.

I read about it at

I am still wondering how does it work?

What happen's to email piping if two companies are installed on different servers?

What about 3rd party software integration like login handshake does satellite helpdesk integrates with multiple 3rd party softwares too?

Please educate me.

May I make a suggestion? You may be better served by posting your questions in the Kayako forums:

As far as email is concerned, the easiest way to connect one server to another would be to use Kayako's POP3/IMAP feature. However, remember to check the SSL check box. :agree:

Thank you Rick found some post on kayako forum and it sounds like they are not doing much for satellite feature. Not even in V4 :(

May be I will try to ask Cerberus and Vision helpdesk.
