Sorry to resort to using the WHT forum but I have tried for 2 or 3 days to get a support ticket answered.

I registered with the service and received no usage instructions either via email or onsite. I want to use your service but have had no luck at this point in getting any information.

Chris, the welcome email was sent to you a couple hours after your order.

You submitted 6 identical tickets to our helpdesk. Three were submitted to pre-sales. Three more were submitted to technical support. Your first ticket was answered 2 hours after you sent it in. You opened 3 more tickets after your initial ticket was responded to. I would suggest checking the ticket system for responses instead of opening new tickets.
