I don't think it's quite the way they do it. They guarantee to offer the cheapest. The fact they are running a one-off promotion for THAT forum does not affect their need to price beat. They are going to be trying to beat public prices, which I THINK is $38 for them usually?
The fact is, that if you had not have posted that, people would not be aware of it and it's about public pricing - not one-off pricing to a specific set of forum users.
