We are with 2checkout.com for more than one year without any major trouble

You can use PaySystems.com to process both USD and GBP. We are in the UK and have had an account with them for almost a year with no problems, accept one reoccurring billing issue at the end of last month (search WHT for info) - this has now been fixed :)

Before PaySystems.com we had an account with CCBill.com, whom I wouldn't recommend.

You may want to seperate your list as some are actual merchant gateways for true merchant accounts and others are third-party processors.
