This Timmy guy is really pissing me off, I had a reseller account I use with him, I don't want to go through the entire story but he's been messing around with my money today; does anyone know his Home Phone? Dan, had contacted Tim in regards to his reseller account which was suspended due to 1 month behind plus the current month on the account. Tim told Dan that if he didn't make payment by Monday he would terimate the account. Dan then sent $20 for the month of November and expected Tim to turn him back on without paying for December (sorry it doesn't work that way). Tim then said if payment wasn't received by Tuesday he would terimate the account since it was fair and past the due date on the account finally after that he called tim a mother f****** and then finally processed with payment on the account and the account was fixed right away

So please, get pitty from somewhere else and pay your bills ontime.

Tim doesn't actually build the sites. He resells designs for designers. He sometimes offers them free hosting in exchange for a design which he then resells to the client.

Look OverSkilled, Tim has hosted me for maybe half a year so far, and all during that time I never used more than 10MB of bandwidth a month or so, just trying to build some sites myself gradually. I did work out a small deal with tim for a hosting account, I paid him $20 about once every 3 months or so. I just got bored yesterday and wanted to continue to try and build one of those sites.

What made me mad was he told me I owe him $20, and he wouldn't turn on my account until I pay it. So after I turn it on he says I need to pay him $20 more for last month, while my account was suspended for half of last month. I finally did after a short scuffle..

So overskilled get your ******* story strait before you post like that. You're tim's budy, sticking up for him eh? Not a big surprise, you're around 16 also arn't you? Tim is too. He told me I owed him $20 and wouldn't turn it on until I paid he said, then one minute after that said he wanted $20 more or no hosting at all. He could have at least told me $40 from the beginning.

I don't want to get into the details but there is a script I have on one account where if the account is terminated and the files deleted I won't be able to install the script on a different server.

Yes anyone doing any sort of business with the Timster is a bad idea. I think that's been proven time and time and time (and time) again on these forums. And I'd be very very hesitant of doing business with anyone doing business with the Timenator.

Yes, the post seems to have been moved or gone. Originally "Moderator" was under Tim's name, and that is in fact our close friend Timmy. Im not quite sure what happened there, Im hoping it was an error or lapse in judgement.

It doesn't matter the amount of services used, the fact is you didn't pay your bills and your crying about it searching for pitty on WHT. Our age doesn't matter either, I do admit I am 16 and I have no problem with it. You need to get your self straightened out and learn to deal with your responsibilities.

Also, to point out,

Tim said he would not TERMINATE your account if you paid $20.00 by Monday. Keyword Terminate, not Unsuspend. Once you payed that $20.00 that was the end of that contract. A whole new contract came into play when he asked $20.00 for the month you were using. He said he wouldn't TERMINATE your account if you paid $20.00 by Tuesday.
