I was going to use them but at the time when I was signing up there was a problem and so I said forget it and went with a vps with some one else.

As long as they have a money back guarantee its probably worth giving them a go yourself to see what they are like. Be sure to report back your experience.

I took a quick look at http://www.vooservers.com/reseller-windows.php they seem ok price wise, I've never heard of them personally, but this doesn't make them a bad host. I would suggest some research where possible before signing up.

Can't find any reviews when searching on WHT, i see only offers for both shared hosting and dedicated server.
You can check if they have money back guarantee period and give their service a try.
