Ok, I think my last two threads were a little...fast. I'm really new to the entire web hosting thing, so I have a question.
What are some standard features I should look for when looking for a host? I mean, BARE minimum. Things you usually wouldn't think of?
I just want a look from another view.
Thanks :)

Be sure the host has a user's forum and look at the questions and anwsers there. Are they understandable to you?
Forget promises and guarantees. The placement of any claims on a webpage only means the creator knows how to type.

Yeah, I kinda learned that the hard way.
I'm currently hosted with 3shost.com..and well...their TOS is just a tad strict. Not only that, but they have NO contact information, other than a "Feedback" form on the main page. =\

Go with a host who has a money back guarantee. Then check out their support section and see if it seems helpful. Basically you want a host with reliability and service, but you usually can't tell from webpages because like someone said you can just type words.
