Why would you wanna look at a stupid pop up anyway?????????
My browser opens all new windows DOWN IN THE TASKBAR,so if i wanna look at it i can,if not,i can ignore it,w/o the annoyance of it popping up in my face!!!

How would they even pop-up if you had JavaScript turned off?

Well that's just it. From what I'm reading that maxhest has said thus far... links that are supposed to open new windows just aren't.
Either I'm confused or everyone else is because to me it seems like it's not about the annoying pop-ups that aren't coming up that he's worried about... it's about valid hyper links that really are supposed to open up a new window.
And there's 2 ways for the browser to open a new, either set the TARGET attribute or use javascript.
