From what I'm reading that maxhest has said thus far... links that are supposed to open new windows just aren't. Either I'm confused or everyone else is because to me it seems like it's not about the annoying pop-ups that aren't coming up that he's worried about... it's about valid hyper links that really are supposed to open up a new window.
