I have registered over 15 names at namecheap.com with paypal.

They usually register it the same day.

Yes, I have done it a few times before in the past. The processing time takes usually a few hours. I don't really recall the actual time, but I know it wasn't an immediate activation.

There was one time when I had to wait for 2 days, and so I contacted support and they immediately registered my domain name.

It took them less than 24 hours to register two domains for me.

A couple hours here for one domain name for client paying via Paypal.

Thanks guys, i emailed them to see if the money got in and they asked for the receipt...but hey, its registering now! :D

NameCheap also takes a few hours for regular CC payments ;)
I recently regged a net/org/biz/info . .and the last 2 were working faster then the first ... but then again ... they all worked the next day :)

Actually our cc payment registrations are registered in real time. We are currently working on real time registrations using paypal.com . This should be available in a couple weeks when we release an entirely new version of NameCheap.com :-) .

Sounds good, cause the only reason I registered a few using registerfly was because namecheap didn't offer it (or at least I wasn't aware of that) ;)
