We are satisfied and love Kayako but we have one problem
In our country people don't understand the ticket system.
They prefer to send support requests in a kind of private
bulletin boards or forums all over this country. Even huge hosting companies do not use support tickets.
Right now our Vbulletin private forum is filled with support requests .
This is one of the reasons we have decided to sell this product.

We decided to go on. We have spent a long time building up our knowledgebase , predefined replies and there are client tickets in there. So we are keeping the software. Not sure what to do,:confused:
