Well,

I've been doing game hosting for a little while now and found it pointless to pay for a dedicated server for my one website and maybe 4 more so i decided i would sign up with a plan at gazzin.com

i was referred by a personal friend who loves them and has never had any problems.

well, within a month i decided i needed a dedicated server again for my own reasons of managing my account / setting up and configuring apache/php my own way without relying on a reseller plan.


So 5 days ago(September 23rd) I opened a ticket and explained i wanted to cancel my account and wanted my invoices removed.

My exact thing i posted was "I'de like to cancel please, stop trying to charge my credit card on file and cancel my plan."

at this point it's a prepaid reloadable debit card on file and didn't have the funds on it to let the charge go through anyway so i just said stop charging it.


4 hours later i receive a response from kelly

" Hi,

Please let us know if you have any service issue.

Let us know reason for the cancellation.

7 minutes later i respond saying i already purchased a dedicated server and have moved my sites elsewhere and told them tto cancel my account again.

Over a day later i receive a response

"Hi,

Please let us know can you like new dedicated plan create on our server?

Please provide us Diskspace and bandwidth will use on your dedicated server.

So we will forward this ticket to support dept.

Then support admin will create your new dedicated plan for your request.

If you have any other query please update us.

you figure by asking twice for them to cancel my account they would right? no thats not the case.

i respond again a day later(on the 25th) saying.

" i have already switched to my own dedicated server. I'm looking to have my current invoiced CANCELLED out and my plan canceled also.

Do NOT charge my credit card."


how much clearer could a person be?


So again kelly sends me this

"Hi,

Please let us know can you like new dedicated plan create on our server?

So we will forward this ticket to our senior billing admin.

Then they will provide to you any discount on new dedicated plan.

Please let us know can you agree?

We are waiting for your reply.

and i responded i wanted it canceled for the 4th time.



well guess what, 3 days later on the 28th i just got charged $37.45





i find this absurd, i will never ever host with gazzin.com again. and i believe i deserve a full refund, my services had been suspended in cpanel.... and i get charged anyway?

any thoughts?

Hi,

Please PM me the ticket ID and I will get Kelly on this. The responses Kelly gave was irresponsible and will be dealt with behind the scenes. I have no idea why she acted the way she did in this reply.

Why didn't you remove the card? Or did you do that and they still charged it through their processor?

Not only could i not remove the card but i couldn't even cancel the account myself or request cancelation without opening a ticket.

i tried removing the card, its not in my personal info or anything.

i also tried to figure out how to cancel the account.

i spent over half an hour going through every page i could find in there billing system to prevent this.

Hi,

Your card was in the pre-batch mode and not collected. I have cancelled your batched and updated Kelly for her ILL action! That was so not acceptable in my books sorry I missed this.

Untrue, My credit card has been charged for these items.

I have also even received the GAZZIN.COM Customer Receipt/Purchase Confirmation and Gazzin Networks :: Invoice Payment e-mails for them.

Hi,

Your card was in the pre-batch mode and not collected. I have cancelled your batched and updated Kelly for her ILL action! That was so not acceptable in my books sorry I missed this.

Also the transaction id is filled in under the invoice and its been marked as paid in your system.

its not pre-batch. it has gone through, i would like it refunded.

Hi,

These were under pre-batch it has not been capture since I voided out the unsettled transaction at authorize.net the money has not been added to our accounts instead being held at authorize.net. The transaction has been voided you should see these changes on your card soon. Contact me if you dont!
