www.cydock.com
Is this a good program? If so, how do your customers react to having to log into like, 3 different panels..
1 - domain control panel.. setting nameservers, stuff like that
2 - cydock payment panel...
3 - web control panel..
do you ever have customers that get annoyed with this? If you don't use cydock, what do you use for payment and record keeping?

I spend 18 hours a day writing "while($x != $y){&sub}" etc... I apologize for the grammatical errors and have procured someone's services to repair them while I continue to work on more pressing matters such as adding requested features to CyDock, new payment gateways, etc...
There is one control panel for each level. No one would be logging into multiple panels. If they are a member they have the members panel. If they have a reseller account they have a reseller panel, if they are a staff member they get access to the staff panel, and of course the admin gets his panel.
Also a single login page can be created in HTML with radio buttons to select the panel to login to.

It has been brought to my attention you may have been referring to accessing CyDock from inside the service manager (such as Ensim). This can be added in Ensim with a simple sitemenu.dtml file located in the customization directory. If anyone requires assistance with this please do not hesitate to contact me and I can provide you with instructions and a sample file.

Just thought I would let everyone know the CyDock Software now supports Plesk 5.x and has 2CheckOut and Trust Commerce added as well.
