How many clients will you need to manage? If it is 3 or less then I would highly suggest just looking at something like Freshbooks.

If you need more than 3 clients, then phpcoin is the only totally free software I know of.

Can we have more info like client numbers, market, etc?
Would ease sugestions,
Also do it need cPanel intergration? PayPal Intergration?
Software like WHMCS or Hosted solutions like FreshBooks?

If your need is not related to hosting, domains etc then have a look at http://www.phpbms.com

cP Creator is another option.
I think it includes a little support center as well.

Do you literally mean to receive cash payments, or do you simply want to record credit card / Paypal payments?

IMO it's not worth it to use a free system. It will save you time and money in the long run if you just bite the bullet and use either WHMCS or ClientExec. Free carts ust don't have the features or support of the paid ones.

If you cannot afford the basics like WHMCS or ClientExec then I dont think you should be running a hosting company. Free systems lack the security and functionalilty.
