By the way, anyone mind to advise is template = jus 1 page of the design and i will need to copy them over for my other pages ie: contactus, package 1 or package 2 and so on?

Believe that when most talk about templates they are referring to the one page with the .psd files and such and whenever it seems to be referred to other pages it quickly becomes a like +/- $400 fee.

the above isnt true. while most templates only come with one page, authors are usually willing to design another one for a rather reasonable fee.
