However with NameScout, it's defiantly a case of 'you get what you pay for' - so we signed up as a reseller for BottleDomains, and have been very happy so far. The system allows us to sell a combination of .com.au's and .com's at very reasonable rates. While it's not the cheapest around, we can offer a variety of payment methods other than Credit Cards, and different pricing structures for our Hosting Customers and the 'public'. :) webarama 11-17-2002, 10:36 PM Cheapest is not always the best. We are with Enetica and are VERY happy with the way they do business. __________________ Webarama - Web Hosting Australia http://www.webarama.com.au What is there to lose? its just the domain name? not hosting. emergency 11-27-2002, 07:30 PM can't beat namescout.com.au for .au pricing. did have a transfer prob with them...they gladdly did a refund. www.tppinternet.com has the best customer service of any provider i have ever been with but their control panel would not let me update the dns. so it took an email and 10 minutes to get an update whereas doing itself should take less than 30 seconds. oh that support was by email and phone and they even remember your name.
