we had an email exchange 1,5 months ago and none of my problems was solved. Now I have a bigger problem.

You may remember: I was verified and became unverified due to the fact that I removed my verified VISA card from my account (it was no more valid, so I just deleted it and added the new one). The PayPal system will no more verify VISA although it will lead me to the "Lift this Limit" or "Get verified" screen which accepts VISA and displays the VISA logo -- ALTHOUGH VISA IS NO MORE ACCEPTED AS A VERIFYING METHOD!

Now, I was stamped as "unverified" (although I had been verified) which is very negative for my business and people asked me why. Nevertheless, I was able to withdraw my money.

AND NOW COMES THE GREAT NEWS: Without any warning, my withdraw limit (which is the withdraw limit for international unverified) was "raised" to 500$ (very funny it was raised, since I had no limit before!). Tried to withdraw funds to my bank and your system informed me that my limit is no more unlimited, is not 500 US$ as announced by PayPal, instead it is equal zero US$ and showed me the link to "Lift this Limit" WHICH WILL SHOW THE VISA LOGO AND I CAN ENTER MY VISA A THOUSAND TIMES BUT YOU WILL NOT VERIFY IT.

Is this some kind of a game? Is this a joke? Should I accept this as "serious business"? What the hell shall I do with my f*****g money if I can not pay with it and if I can not withdraw it? Why didn't you warn me to withdraw my money before you change your TOS in the middle of nowhere?

Why the hell do you still accept VISA as a method to get verified since you know very well that VISA is no more accepting this method?

Why don't you inform me WITH BIG CAPITAL LETTERS THAT I DO NOT HAVE TO EXPECT ANY MEMBER NUMBER WHEN ENTERING VISA? WHY DO I HAVE TO EMAIL YOU TO GET INFORMED ABOUT THIS?

Of course I already removed PayPal as a payment method from my website. This is not much for you but it will get much as more people learn how you work. But I still have a last question:

Tell me: What do I do with my money which is my legal property? Don't tell me about your TOS (which you changed today without warning), don't tell me about VISA, don't tell me about God and how the world was created. Tell me just this: How do I get my money?

Answer: Last time I tried this, I got (I) no problem solved and (II) false information from a PayPal co-worker (later she admitted that what she proposed was not possible). So, instead of playing email ping-pong again, I chose WHT as it is the place where most problems get solved if made public.

Is your account frozen? Otherwise, just withdraw it to your bank account. If you can't do that, maybe you could send it to a friend and have them withdraw it.
