Is anyone having problems with Hostcharge MMC account?

Today I loged in to transfer my fund to my Bank and I notice there is not fund on my account $0.

I sent email to support this morning but not respond yet.

Current account balance is the amount of money that you can withdraw from your account.

Each HostCharge merchant has what is called a current balance. This is the amount of money you can withdraw from your HostCharge account to your bank account or HostCharge ATM card. We credit your balance twice a month. The first credit takes place on the 15th of each month for the sales from 1st till 15th of the last month. The second credit takes place on the 30th of each month for the remaining sales of the last month. Whenever your current balance is credited you can request a withdrawal from your MCC.

Would it be correct to say that the Current account balance: US Dollar $0 even though I have proceed charges. The fund will only show up in 30day in the "Current account balance" to be withdrawn?

HostCharge releases funds as follows...
1st-15th of this month gets released to you on the 15th of next month.
16th through the end of this month gets released to you on the last day of next month.

The release which was supposed to happen yesterday is being delayed because they are switching banks apparantly.
