2. Is someone hosting with eleven2? Could someone tell me something more about them?
Thanks
Vladimir
k-disk.net , stable serve and non-overselling.
VPSRight 09-22-2009, 08:47 PM Try browsing through the Reseller Offers forum. You'll probably find some reputable companies offering a good deal. You could also try ReadyWire's reseller, they allow access to WHM Master Reseller.
MikeTrike 09-22-2009, 08:48 PM The only thing I know about eleven2 is they have a groovy site. Also they have been around quite a while.
johnch 09-22-2009, 08:48 PM I'd recommend hostgator for shared and reseller hosting needs.
Good luck in your hosting search. :)
VPSRight 09-22-2009, 08:49 PM HostGator oversell too much IMO.
IGXHost 09-22-2009, 08:50 PM k-disk.net , stable serve and non-overselling.
I was going to suggest the same. K-disk.net is the only master/alpha reseller provider I know of that seems reliable and stable. Although I am not a customer of theirs nor have I had any experience with them, I would suggest you to maybe try and look up some customer testimonials of them for more precise feedback.
ItsJustHosting 09-22-2009, 09:06 PM Whatever you choose make sure you do not go with an unlimited master reseller, that is a recipe for disaster, as are heavily oversold ones. Don't expect one for $10 either.

That may arguably be so when it comes to their shared hosting. Their reseller hosting is at a significantly more reasonable level, especially considering that they don't allow their resellers to oversell like other providers do.

Hello,
Those are 2 of the best points I have ever heard of.
If it is too Cheap - It is a Scam
If it is Unlimited - It is a Scam (Maybe unintentional)
Eleven2 Hosting 09-22-2009, 11:28 PM I do not see how people can sell reseller hosting under about $20 - that is about what you need to give your customers the best service possible.

Hello,
It can be done. I cant see how some hosts do it for $20.00 per year however.. As long as the host does not oversell then $15-$20 is not unreasonable. Of course sub-$20 accounts generally dont include any special perks (Dedicated IP Addresses/Billing Software). This does not mean the account is limited or lacking any needed features.
rumsfo 09-23-2009, 03:32 AM You get what you pay for. Oversellers are easy to determinate. And everything depends on you: you may deal with overseller and might not. That is your decision only
Cheers

And that is certainly a good thing. Never understood this part; having your own clients under control is hard enough; but having your customers letting their customers doing this just creates a chaos. But guess its a personal thing ;)
bjdea1 09-23-2009, 06:34 PM I think its best to find a Host that's in the middle. A Host that is too cheap will end up disappointing you, a Host that's too expensive will agrivate you, finding something in the middle will satisfy you.
