At the moment, I am using tripod.lycos.co.uk but its very bad and the connection speed is REALLY SLOW~!!
Therefore I am looking for another web host, which has very fast connection speed~~!!
Any suggestions??

We use AddAction.net + Dot5Hosting.com
They both are great, recommend either one of them.

I would go with Dot5hosting.com, as they've been receiving a hit of good reviews recently, and from the looks of it, they're financially secure.
From my opinion, of all the hosts I've used, I would recommend AddAction.net. Although they've had a few downtime failures the past week or so, they seem to be running fine now. :)
