I have 3 pages of features planned, so this is really only the beginning :) http://whmcslive.com/
InstantPH 09-21-2009, 07:47 AM Interesting software. I'll be having a look at it.

One of the biggest advantages is that because it's integrated with WHMCS you can access your customers information while your chatting with them, among so many more things that can only be done with this module :)
Jacob Wall 09-21-2009, 08:05 AM Very nice product you've made Siforek. :)
siforek 09-21-2009, 10:23 AM Very nice product you've made Siforek. :)
Thank you :) I've put quite a bit of work into it and will continue to.. Honestly it started out with me just needing something simple, but once I realized the potential of making WHMCS a "true complete solution" I jumped at the chance to compete with the big boys on this one :)
UH-Bobby 09-21-2009, 10:33 AM Hey,
I'm liking it, but I have a few problems. I opened a ticket on 9-18 for one issue, and another on 9-20 or early 9-21 for another issue.
Thanks,
TheServerExperts 09-21-2009, 10:33 AM Nice product, but missing lots of key feature. May try it out when its more matured.
Cheers

What is is missing? He stated he has 3 pages of features, so, what you are missing may be planned. Just curious...
Thanks

An upgrade should fix those :)

I installed the latest version I thought. When did 1.03 come out? I ordered on 9-18, and downloaded the only item available.

1.03 was released 5 hours ago :)
eric_pu 09-21-2009, 11:15 AM Yea.It a great tip.
We are surrently using WHMCS as billing system and Kayako for support.
This is really worthy considering some. The most important,it is not expensive.:)
SC-Daniel 09-21-2009, 03:19 PM Just a tip -- I would lower the cost of the owned license as it is quite pricey. At the current $180 price tag it would be more worthwhile to use the monthly version since it would take 30 months to 'break even' on it.
Kayako's LiveResponse is $29.95/month or $299.95/owned -- This means that in 10 months you have essentially 'broke even' on the owned license. It is even cheaper if purchased from a reseller such as LicensePal.
Just a friendly tip ;)
MattS 09-21-2009, 03:42 PM Looks like a great product, and I do agree with Daniel, usually owned versions are like a year at most of the monthly price.
Exoware 09-21-2009, 07:56 PM This might just convince me to move back to solely WHMCS...
Can you increment the trial duration to at least 14 days, preferably 30?
If I order the trial now, I'll no doubt become extremely busy and forget all about it - sods law.
cpoalmighty 09-21-2009, 11:03 PM I am also interested in this module. I think it is great someone actually thought about this!

That's great to hear!
Go a head and order the trial when you're ready and if you end up needing some extra time to try it out just submit a ticket and we can work something out.
I'm also proud to announce that we just dropped the owned license cost to $120. This is a lifetime license that does not require paid yearly updates :)
bhavicp 09-22-2009, 06:27 AM It would be great to see the planned features list on the website!

I didn't really want competitors to see them, but I guess it's not that big of a deal.. I'll put them up shortly :)
HostiaWeb 09-22-2009, 07:47 AM Hello
What about a working admin and end-user demo? That would help a lot of potential buyers to make up their mind.

That could be done, although it would require a separate WHMCS install, so that's one big reason I offer a 7 day trial so you can install and use it on your own server to try it out :)
Exoware 09-22-2009, 11:39 PM siforek,
I assume you've used Kayako to a certain extent. I'd appreciate it if you could be honest and perhaps note anything significant that Kayako LiveResponse does that your WHMCS addon does not (if anything).

There are a few things that I cant think of off the top of my head(push code/urls, operator chatting, etc), but the big one is the desktop app & ours is currently in development.
If you take a look at the planned/in development features at http://whmcslive.com/ you'll see that I'm not only implementing most if not all features every other chat software has, but many more that can only be accomplished by being integrated with WHMCS :)
Exoware 09-23-2009, 07:48 AM Hi siforek,
I've run into a couple of problems and submitted a ticket in with you.
xbokseocom 09-23-2009, 08:36 AM siforek I went to your site it looks good and I bookmark it.
My billing system runs on WHMCS.
I use livezilla at the moment for live chat for my hosting.
I looking forward to see what you can bring to the table to make it easier for any person that works with WHMCS.
Just a tip most people will enroll in where you offer a 30 day trial.
Thanks for sharing it on this forum.

I have just dropped the owned price to $90 as the desktop app will be released soon enough to help me cover my costs. :)
Also, for those who have an owned version I am now giving an option to remove the licensing call back :)
venkatam 09-26-2009, 01:30 AM Make a g1 app :)
siforek 09-26-2009, 11:17 AM This weekend if you use promotion code "whmcsLive75" you can get an owned license for $75 :) (ends Monday)
Exoware 09-26-2009, 11:18 AM Hrr, I don't feel bitter paying $90 yesterday.

Submit a ticket.. I'm sure we can work out a win-win :)
CreativHost 09-26-2009, 01:39 PM TJ, this sure looks like a promising application and I am considering getting a license for it - however, the only downside at the moment being the lack of the desktop application (which I know is in development).
Out of curiosity, how would the licensing work for the desktop application? Any preliminary pricing available / in mind to allow me to make a decision?

The desktop will be right around $30(one-time) and the licensing will be much like it is now. Also, for those who do not want the software to call back fro licenses verification I am open to hard coding your domain into the source.
CreativHost 09-26-2009, 02:13 PM Sounds good ... I've requested a trial license - waiting for the e-mail.
venkatam 09-27-2009, 01:33 PM Does the owned version include a lifetime of updates?
venkatam 09-28-2009, 01:48 AM Sorry, I didn't go through all the posts. I found my answer, thanks!
