At the momment i use WHMCS for billing and support, and in an overall way im satisfied with the whmcs helpdesk, but now i see a lot of people integration Kayako with WHMCS with the objective of providing a best ticket/support solution.


So what are the advantages on a integration of WHMCS + Kayako?

What are the most important features that kayako has over whmcs helpdesk?

Any experiences? Does the integration works ok?

Kayako's support system is more advanced compared to WHMCS' support module which is basic. If you want an excellent support system with WHMCS, then this is the ideal setup.

Yup, that pretty much sums it up. WHMCS has a very basic support system so I highly suggest Kayako for when you grow further down the road.

Its not that basic. WHMCS has piping, escalations, auto closing, admin departments, lots of good stuff. The main benefit is it allows you to see a clients account and generate invoices for work very easy and quickly. Each has their own advantages but WHMCS is enough even for big companies i have seen.

WHMCS build-in support system is very good and they keep improving it, but kayako is simply the best.

We've been using Kayako for quite a while now and I simply could not imagine working without it. It is much more versatile and robust compared to the WHMCS support system.

It integrates VERY nicely with WHMCS, basically wraps inside of WHMCS and clients only have to use one interface :)

ok, almost all of you are saying that kayako is much better helpdesk than whmcs, but i still did not hear the why.

So what are the important features that kayako has pver whmcs?

The integration isn't perfect, but version 4 is coming soon - fingers crossed.

Other than that, I can only praise Kayako.
