Why don't you give us all a link and tell us something important about it?

That way we can decide how useful it is?

We tried to install it for testing, and it had nothing but errors, so we gave up. Tried a few more, including FluidVM and vePortal. We finally settled on vePortal (http://www.veportal.com), and as soon as v2 comes out, we will be offering that to our entire client base, and changing our own VPS plans from Virtuozzo to vePortal as well. So far we really like what we see with it.

Why don't you contact their support team rather than reviving an old thread?

Due to the newness of Panenthe, I doubt many people on WHT who are watching this topic will know how to perform the uninstallation.

I am going to check the speed of their support and see what I get. Might be a really bad idea to even pursue this if you can't get good support.

From some of the stuff I've been reading I guess this is kind of bug ridden currently. Might not be something ready quite yet for a production environment.

As far as I am concerned, all tickets have been answered within 24 hours. If you can provide a ticket ID, I can look into it.

I looked into Panenthe and it looked interesting. It has some needed features that we would need before we could use it including a central backup system and some other minor cosmetics, but other than that it looks nice.

We're currently using VSXPathway however I'm not too sure on the management of it. They do not seem very serious about their business, and continue to release buggy releases which in the end causes us a lot of problems, including delayed setups. In fact, we went without the use of VSXPathway for two days before Nick finally got on MSN to help us fix the issue. The panel failed to communicate with all of our nodes, which means customers couldn't manage their VPS with it, we could not perform setups and among other things. We also had to re-install all of our nodes one by one 4 times total with VSXPathway due to various reasons.

So because of this, we're exploring options. Ultimately it looks like vePortal v2 will be the winner but we'll see.
