My boss is thinking about getting a secure certificate from Thawte for our work webserver. I know how to do this on Linux but we are using Windows 2000 server and I am not familiar with the procedure on this. I have full access to the server so that won't be a problem. Are there any guides on how to do this or can anyone give a little helping hand on what to do?

Thanks.

Here are a couple of good URLS

http://www.thawte.com/html/SUPPORT/server/msiis5.html

It's pretty easy, you can generate the request file by opening up the site's properties in the IIS MMC, go to the Directory Security tab and select Server Certs. There is a wizard that makes it pretty simple.
