After updating my Cpanel, a customer complains of the following problem .

"In phpMyAdmin

Error
The additional Features for working with linked Tables have been deactivated. To find out why click here

gives:
PMA Database ... not OK[ Documentation ]
General relation features Disabled "


Could any one tell me what this is ?
