I have submited a new nameserver call ns1.certifyexpress.com and ns2.certifyexpress.com at "Host Manager". 1 hour later I stil have not received any mails from netsol.

Common? More than you know. NetSol has defined the term 'wait for it', although they have been a bit better lately.

it should be alright now that they have the web-based configuration thing.

just get ya username / password and login. it's that simple now.

beats the days of waiting for days for emails.
