I just leased a personal managed VPS and would like to share it with about 50 other paying users in a private club like setting.
The system is backed up every night by the provider.

I could use some recommendations for features to uncheck and maybe a reason why.

All chat rooms. Reason: Useless.
Analog stats. Reason: Other two stats are good-looking and enough. Save cpu power.
Shopping carts, interchange etc. Reason: Useless. Nobody uses nowadays.
Install ruby/pear modules. Reason: You should control ruby/pear packages.
SSH connection. Reason: Giving ssh access lowers your security level.
