This license is elligible for transfer but support & updates are expired so the buyer will need to pay the $20 transfer fee and renew support & updates for the usual $44.95 fee before they can use it.

So in effect, one will have to pay $200+$20+$45=$265 to acquire this License. Licensepal sells the Branded License for $199 ($50 off)+$39 for Mobile add-on if one needs it. Unbranded will cost $270, but the Mobile add-on will be expensive to use in India. So I should be better off buying the Branded License from Licensepal for $199 or the Unbranded one for $270. In the circumstances, I beg to be excused.
