i am thinking to add ssl sertificate for a few domains or for the domain that i have whmcs i will see
1) does each ssl setificate requires a dedicated ip or the shared ip that the server has can do the work?
2) where can i get ssl
3) cpanel/whm from root does it includes any for free or i have to purchase

SSL needs an IP for each site that requires SSL. This is because of the way HTTP works.

SSL certificates can be purchased from lots of places - basically anywhere you can buy a domain name usually sells SSL certificates.

You'll have to purchase if you want a "proper" certificate that doesn't show any warnings.

and normally when you purchase the ssl from say as an example a domain registar do they provide you a dedicated ip or i have to ask the provider for a few more?

you have to ask your provider for a Dedicated IP
Domain register does not provide it unless you're on their hosting and even then you have to pay for it. hope that helps
