It's kinda dumb that a big store like them don't have phone number listed on there site.

Please excuse all my spelling errors i was a little upset when i started the thread

It's there. It's just not easy to find... I've been told.

I ordered something from them and wanted it shipped to a different address other than my billing so they e-mailed me and told me that i need to have that address on my CC and then contact them. Now that i did that it appears that they closed my account because i can no longer log in.

Since they have no number i can't contact them all i can do is send them an e-mail and i did but it said they will get back to me in 24hrs! I can't wait 24hrs i had order the item over night by UPS.

What do you think of that? I think they just lost my $900 order to a local store.

(206) 266-1000

:D

I got it from their investor website.

You can also do a whois on their domain and there's a phone number attached to it.

Unfortunately, amazon.com usually takes 24-48 hours to reply (never sooner).

Dave22 - Did you try mailing the item as a gift? It lets you use a different shipping address. Curiously, I've ordered items when I was visiting my family and had them shipped there. The transactions went smoothly. Only thing that differed from shipping to my billing address was that I had to enter my CC number, and I couldn't use the ones they have in their database.

Hopefully one of the numbers posted here will help you.

No i didn't try to mail it as a gift i thought it might cost more and take longer to ship, i should have had it mailed to my g/f that lives at the same address probably wouldn't have had any trouble then. I guess they wondered how can i be in two places at once.

I think they went to far though when they locked my account so i can't log in they did mail me back and gave me a number to call so i did i told them to cancel my order and to unlock my account so i can use it later they said they would in 1-2 business days (yawn) I already got what i wanted from a local store now. I never have had this much trouble with any other online store before and i order a lot from online i expected more from amazon.com

Heres the number they gave me if anyone wants it
