Litespeed Webserver (XCache good to have but optional)
WHMCS
50GB Space
500GB Bandwidth
$25-$30

In my honest opinion I don't think you'll be able to find a provider who can offer 50GB disk and 500GB bandwidth for that price with free WHMCS. If you're looking to actually use that much resources then you'll have to double your budget if you want anything reliable or perhaps go for a VPS instead.

budget and requirements aren't fitting with each other - bandwidth isn't cheap and any host offering you free whmcs usually includes the price (or a good percentage of it) in the total price - so you'll have a pretty hard time finding what you need for that budget and requirements. and litespeed is another issue - not every host comes with litespeed so you get limited on your choices even more.

Very rarely companies provide hosting on your requirements. Additionally budget seems to be low.

Increase your budget and grab a VPS from a solid provider, perhaps KnownHost? They are solid with the one backup DNS cluster I was testing with them.

Or to stay within your budget, bite the bullet and get a reseller provider that offers realistic space/bandwidth in their plans.

Look in the offers section for reseller hosting providers that offer what you are looking for within your budget however I do not think you will be able to find a litespeed reseller hosting provider for within your budget.

Not many companies do this kind of offer, If you're paying $25-$30 id recommend buying a VPS.

The cost to include a WHMCS license alone usually will cost the host around $10, give or take, depending on how many license they have. LiteSpeed is another premium that the host is paying for. Combined with your disk and bandwidth requirements, the margins for the web host to make a profit would be very slim.

Long story short, you're going to need to increase your budget a bit or lower your requirements ;).

The warezrus domain i gave to a friend after i had used it forawhile.

And i run therapidhost on my reseller that i got off darchost thats why its them name servers.

Warezrus.net is not hosted with them or has ever been from the hosting history as far as I can see.

How should i know why he used that info when registering domain.

And the owner of darchost used to have a foot in jublo, but left and did his own host.
