Are you looking a CMS to display the front-end or are you looking for a billing system?

WHMCS does well as a billing system~

You would really need to look at getting this custom designed , a CMS would look cheap to any potential customer.

WHMCS for a billing system.

For the main site you can use Joomla, Wordpress or Drupal.

depends on how you set it up - I have seen some joomla, drupal, and mambo sites that look crazy (good) and you wouldn't know what it was until you looked at the source coding. If you set it up the right way, anything can look "expensive" :)

Yup, as a wordpress designer I myself I think I can safely say you can get cms systems to look how you want quite easily... (I would post my website link here at this point but apparently Im not allowed) :P

For main sites its Joomla and Mambo. Drupal is another great choice.

Drupal is good for any complex designs. Check our site here (http://www.fortunesamerica.com).

Drupal is very flexible and easy to customize, I also like Joomla and wordpress. You could use just about anything. I would recommend going over to opensourcecms and try them all out.

Paul, do you use wordpress as a front end? If so, could you PM me your site link if you aren't allowed to post it here. Thanks

My vote is for Wordpress. The installation is incredibly easy. And clients love the ease of use.

Wordpress as a CMS is amazing.
