Well we have used support trio but it didn't impress us alot, lot of issues in the php base editor as well as it have terribly poor kb search index.. Because of this I don't wanna play with any other php/mysql base ticketing system so please don't suggest kayako too.
about Smarter Track , personally I don't think they have any professional attitude (not corporating team they have ), don't even wanna install it on my server .
Do you people know about any other professional .net/mssql base ticketing system ?
Thx

Because of this I don't wanna play with any other php/mysql base ticketing systemWhat do you mean by "php base editor"? There is absolutely nothing wrong with the Zend Engine, PHP and MySQL... any problems you're running into are most likely to do with the software you are running on this systems.
For example, if you think a search index is poor, it is likely that whatever software you are running is creating its own index (poorly), or not properly configuring its MySQL tables for indexing.
I certainly would not rule out entire systems and frameworks because of a bad experience with one piece of software - you'll be missing out on so much, and it would be such a shame (for example, there is an overwhelming amount of open source PHP software out there).

Well we have experience with supportTrio ticketing system which is pretty much a bad experience. Although it is good for small organization but if more than 10 operator use the ticketing system its functionality decrease. It is obvious it is not handling that much load.
Yes that's true not every application may have poor search engine but especially in supportTrio it is terrible. And the editor usually skip "\" in the email text , also there are more few irritating issues. This what made us thought that php base ticketing system come with limited feature.
We are other applications running in .net framework i.e .net Forum which has brilliant rich text editor and search mechanism is also outstanding.
Well if you people trying to say that php technology is better than .net then I wouldn't agree.
Hopefully someone will suggest me a good ticketing system base on .net technology.

Well we have experience with supportTrio ticketing system which is pretty much a bad experience. Although it is good for small organization but if more than 10 operator use the ticketing system its functionality decrease. It is obvious it is not handling that much load. This may or may not be the case, but I can assure you it has nothing to do with PHP or MySQL. It is like blaming Windows and C++ for a poorly written desktop application.
And the editor usually skip "\" in the email text , also there are more few irritating issues. This what made us thought that php base ticketing system come with limited feature. The editor has nothing to do with PHP, again. It is just something which has been built using HTML and JavaScript.
There are lots of editors out there. PHP doesn't come with its "own editor", just as .NET doesn't come with its "own editor".
The "editor" is a package in itself, which is built to run on a particular framework. Take TinyMCE on PHP, for example: http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/examples/full.php or CKEditor on PHP: http://ckeditor.com/demo
To show the independence of the editor package, see this post on how easy it is to integrate TinyMCE with .NET, instead of PHP: http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/punbb/viewtopic.php?id=8141
We are other applications running in .net framework i.e .net Forum which has brilliant rich text editor and search mechanism is also outstanding. Just ebcause the application runs on .NET doesn't make it "outstanding" - especially when you consider the fact that most of the editor's functionality will be built in HTML, CSS and JavaScript - all nothing to do with what is running on the server.
Well if you people trying to say that php technology is better than .net then I wouldn't agree.I wasn't saying that - one or the other is down to preference (as well as licensing, i.e. running a Windows server rather than an [almost] any platform server. I am just trying to convince you that your disregarding of an entire framework and language (which excludes a massive number of web applications out there) is based on flawed logic.
But, good luck trying to find one nonetheless :) You might find this big list helpful: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_issue_tracking_systems

Smarter Track is one of the best .Net based CRM solutions, if not the best(I personally haven't seen better). Smartertools generally have a pretty good reputation, what made you say they not professional?

You liked because it would have worked only with you... With me thousand of issues... but really disappointed moment when they don't reply for 72 hours... This is why I called them non-professional team.

PHP works on both windows and linux, I personally love PHP.
