I am searching for the code to use if I wanted to have a html drop down list that will contain small smilies. I know its possible if I use some sort of css with the drop down but can't figure out how to do it. My goal is to have a drop down of smilies a person can select to use with a message postinf system.

You can do almost everything you need for a drop-down in pure CSS, check that site out and you'll see what I mean.
