View Full Version : Hosting TOS Killing me.

Greetings all.

I seem to have run into a slight problem, and was hoping you could help me out. I just recently purchased a hosting plan from a company called ‘3shost’ to start building a website of sorts, when I came across a little problem with their TOS. Apparently, they do not allow and adult-like materials hosted on their servers. In fact, they are even a tad touchy about having a large quantity of foul language.

Now, here is my problem.

I plan to offer free services, such as an online portfolio for artists and writers. As you all know, while my actual site may not be ‘adult’ in any way, there is still the chance of someone’s art/writing offending my host.

Does anyone have an affordable alternative, or a tip that could help me work around this problem? As it is, I’m a tad strapped for cash. (I only paid $65 for my first year of hosting with 3shost.com)

Please note: I am in NO way affiliated with Paingasm.com.

Thanks a bunch for your time!

There's no way 'around' it.
You may want to place an ad in the Web Hosting Requests (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=32) Forum here, stating your needs and budget.
