If you want to fly business class, you pay business class prices. If you are happy with getting from a->b at the lowest price possible you buy from a low-cost airline... Resell.biz is a 'low-cost airline', our clients know that - and they are happy with the level of support we deliver. Really worst support from resell.biz. I didn't get any reply for 3 days and later today they send the same reply again.
