For that kind of money you can get a decent managed VPS or even a very basic dedicated server.

Finding a provider that has made a name for itself and had been around for years using that kind of offer might not be such an easy task. As a reseller hosting customer, you need to make sure that your provider has a time tested business model.

i came across several reseller who meets my requirements but they are US based, couldnt find one who is UK based.

There are many UK hosts although for the amount of disk space and bandwidth you require, you may need to request a custom quote.

I've heard good things about Fasthosts as well as GeekSRV, both of which are UK hosting providers so you may wish to consider those.

the money you are looking to spend will get you a pretty decent VPS if you're willing to go for that - fully managed VPS will also get you the technical support that you need, and you'll be able to customize everything to the root of things, including nameservers, your own firewall, spam filters, etc.
