UH-Matt 11-14-2002, 06:33 AM what did you get susannad ? :) XTStrike 11-14-2002, 06:50 AM yikes, this aint good 79% FL Admins 11-14-2002, 06:54 AM 11% There's barely a trace of geekiness in you. You can just about handle a toaster, though you quite often end up scraping the black stuff off the toast (and how does that get there?). But a computer is more or less completely beyond you. Go talk to your children about all this stuff or, if you don't have any, someone else's. Be careful not to get arrested though. So I enjoy life.. pah! :stickout: Darth 11-14-2002, 06:57 AM You are 63% geek NOOOOOOO! :( susannad 11-14-2002, 07:05 AM what did you get susannad ? gosh that's a little like asking an old fashioned lady her age  UH-Matt 11-14-2002, 07:07 AM be thankful i didnt :) Reptilian Feline 11-14-2002, 07:07 AM I got 37%. So far I am the least geekiness here :stickout: susannad 11-14-2002, 07:22 AM You are practically computer-literate, in an almost real sense. This could be a good thing, or a bad thing, depending on whether you use your knowledge for good or for ill. Looking at your answers, I'd almost certainly say it was a bad thing. :erm: FL Admins 11-14-2002, 07:23 AM lol :stickout: CritticAge 11-14-2002, 08:48 AM You are 3% geek You're definitely not a geek, though you probably have a rough idea of what electricity is or, more likely, you've heard of the stuff at least. Why not try joining the rest of us in the 21st century, though I would advise you take it stage by stage, starting, say, with the 18th. Now to TRY and get a high %. CritticAge 11-14-2002, 09:00 AM You are 86% geek You're pretty much a nerd, sure enough. So if that's what you wanted to hear, well done, ish. I mean you're a "kind-of" geek, but definitely not gifted. Either you're a hard worker who's as thick as two short sales executives, or you just can't be bothered with detail. Whichever, you're a loser. Wheeeee :stickout: ATST 11-14-2002, 09:09 AM Oh no, I got: You are practically computer-literate, in an almost real sense. Hone those skills, learn to use Word and maybe even investigate email. Who knows, it might come in useful if you ever manage to get a job. I guess people should quit calling me on the phone with their computer problems then. ;) DefiantPc 11-14-2002, 12:00 PM You are 93% geek Ooh, who's a clever boy then? Or, increasingly (and eventually exclusively) who's a clever girl then? You really are a geek, and you do know your stuff. You didn't get fooled by those laughably easy questions. On the other hand, which did you get wrong? How very annoying. Now you'd better just go back and try it again (and again, and again), or you'll never be able to rest easy. Obsessive idiot. When did this happen I don't remember becoming a geek. The worst part is I do wonder which questions I got wrong (arghhhh!) madmouser 11-14-2002, 12:01 PM Originally posted by mind21_98 You are 36% geek You are certainly no computer expert, but you can probably tell a keyboard from a mouse almost instantly. You're on a particularly useless cusp known as "being a bit of a nerd". Nobody really trusts what you say about computers, but at the same time, they keep asking you really annoying questions that they could answer for themselves if they just spent five minutes thinking about it. You also have to spend a lot of time not having a life in order to keep your slightly inadequate skills up to date. You have a choice: work harder and learn more, or give up and start to enjoy life. But skelly good lord man ... I had to look up palindromic... :D lol...math, science, English, electronics, RF, fixing Harleys, drinking beer, intelligence (both kinds), psychology, sociology, philosophy..these are the things I'm good at. I just dabble in this computer stuff. Used to be a computer geek - in the 80's. Took a long strike when Windows took over. Didn't want to do the non-command line stuff. Gotta say though that I didn't want to like Star Trek, the Next Generation when it was coming out either. Still don't like Windows, but I've learned it. Heh... even got a special 'senior executive' invite to microsoft's booth at Comdex next week. Maybe I'll go drink some of their beer (if they have it). You finally managed to work out which one of the questions you were getting wrong. You truly are a sad git with no control over your all-consuming desire for order. There's no hope for you, but if you can bring yourself to change your clothes occasionally and bathe from time to time, it'll be harder for the others to pick you out, until you start talking down to them After x tries I just had to cheat damn thing. It's not how much of a geek you are that you should be worrying about. Right now, I'd be more than slightly concerned about your deep-seated psychotic tendencies. Have you forgotten to take your medication? If so, go and take it. And don't stop to listen to any voices on the way. If you're not on medication, I'd consider a long course of psychiatric treatment in a secure institution. Or, of course, you could try the quiz again, but this time try not to reveal so much of your twisted psyche. The Dude 11-22-2002, 01:41 PM It says im 77% geek...........(hehehe) Oh well..... I feel like a dumbass because I waited about a minute for the damn page to load but it never appeared. Now I'm mad because I really wanted to know if I'm a geek or not so this itself makes me feel like I already passed the test. The Dude 11-23-2002, 01:56 PM Well, Im glad im right up ther ewith some others, makes me feel a little less stupid (Hehehehe) The Dude :) sasha 11-23-2002, 02:10 PM Originally posted by mind21_98 *gives sasha some happy pills* You'll be degeekified in no time! :D Happy pills might be what got me there at first place. mind21_98 11-23-2002, 04:22 PM Originally posted by sasha Happy pills might be what got me there at first place.
