It`s a photo of Michael Jackson.

I heard that he had lasik hair removal done on his face so that it would be permanently smooth and hair-free.... but then he later changed his mind decided to go for a new look and took pubic hair and had it implanted on his chin because he couldn`t grow it anymore himself.
