Popunders were the viewer is sent to your site (I.E unique Hits) have just started and no one as signed up yet.

we only take 3-4 ads in each spot at anyone time, so we just limit it to first come first serve.

When 1 Unique IP hits our site it popunders your site meaning you get that IP on your site meaning 1 unique hit to your site.
