Last sunday i ordered a LayeredPanel owned license, and it promised within 24hrs return and e-mail with the license details.
No e-mail arrived immediately, i tried to login with the details entered on the order form, no luck, so it was not automatic.
24hr went by, i e-mailed support@layeredpanel.com as per the instructions. No response received. I used the support pages to submit a ticket, this time i got an response to e-mail Andrew, i e-mailed this Andrew and still no license received.
As of this moment, if no license is delivered by Saturday night i'm forced to dispute on Paypal this payment.
