It's usually best to develop your own plans or perhaps look at some other companies to get some ideas on how you should price them.

About the webspace the users use all there space? That is very unlikely to happen. If your reseller account has overselling enabled, you could take some advantage of that fact. It is good to have a history of how much your customers actually use. Hosts with different target markets will see different usage levels.

igxhost is right, you're better off creating your packages yourself. Identify who your direct competitors are, and try to offer something that they don't, or simply offer and prove that you have better service, rely on better hardware etc. Price wars are rarely a good idea.
